Hello, my name is Robyn and I am the mother behind BabyHawk. I'm not so good at Math but I recently figured out an equation after the birth of my second child that led me to design BabyHawk Mei Tai's (May-Tie).
The equation? Simple. One child, plus two arms, plus one million things to do, equals me needing a baby carrier that not only matched my style but is functional and comfortable as well.
A mother's time is perhaps more valuable than anyone else's. and at BabyHawk our goal is to make your parenting experience easier.
Our Mei Tai's (Asian Baby Carriers) are adopted from a Chinese-inspired idea that makes holding your little one on your front, back or hip as safe, as it is comfortable. The weight distribution of our MT's makes wearing you baby more cozy and delightful than you can imagine for longer than you can imagine! Our design is simple to let you strap on or take off your custom Mei Tai quick and easy.
BabyHawk Mei Tai's are comfortable, sure, but they are above all safe and reliable. First off all the fabrics we use are pre-washed and thrown into the dryer to prevent shrinkage. The straps are 70-72 inches long and 3 3/4 inches wide. The bottom strap is one continuous piece of fabric, which offers the most durable and safest support for your baby. The body measures 16.5" by 18.5" for the regular. The top straps are padded as well as the headrest to offer the most comfortable walk for mom and a safe, smooth ride for baby.
We believe that carrying your baby is the best way to raise a healthy and happy child. We also believe that you have a right to be comfortable while doing so. Free to laugh with baby and run from place to place without wondering when will you be able to take this thing off! You have enough stress on your mind, why share it with your body?
